ETC.

- Grief - losing one's home planet: This is a collection of pages download from a free available source. It's written with a tone of understanding, from the perspective of realising your home planet is gone. There are stories of people's own experiences: being away on business and on holidays, how they'd missed their ship, how they'd only just leave one or two days ago. Everything being normal, now it wasn't, and the people lost.

It touches on survivor's guilt, and also further reading material and help groups that can be looked into (unfortunately, the latter not helpful when stuck on a void-travelling train). It's not an in-depth read, but there's some stories and advice, and how it's good to speak to people when you need it.

SELF-Help: This is a collection of articles from a similar source, like someone took a website and downloaded as many of the pages as possible. It covers the feelings that many clones go through, such as inadequacy, a lack of self-identity, rage and depression.

It acknowledges the different reasons that people are made from cloning, and goes through thought exercises and activities to help people process their negative thinking. It also has people sharing their own experiences as clones for a variety of reasons, some including: being an organ mule, being the clone of someone who died; a mass production of clones for free forced labour, and for experimentation inside a snowy mountain village.

There's also names of actual books that can be searched, as well as contact details (that unfortunately aren't quite useful).

Book recommendations include: 'Them, and the Them that's Me', 'No One But Myself', 'Me: Recognising Myself', including their catalogue numbers and author names

(There is the name 'For: Nozomi Yumehara' attached to the file, but can be read by anyone.)
