"In all your public life, you never had to fill out reports? Lucky," Jingyi says, agreeing otherwise that paperwork appears to be one of those things that grows out of the need of official like people, and the clans with their realms were certainly among that number. He also knew it was given because they offered and he said yes, but that did leave them open to him filling out all the forms... or getting everyone in here to do the same.

With, by his measure, complaints, but no one seemed to particularly worry on that aspect of things.
