It's a question that Inigo doesn't seem to have as instantaneous of an answer for. Instead he just stares at the figures for a moment, his mouth hanging open slightly as he really seems to need to think about this, even with the calm filling the room even more.
"I.. don't know if I'm the person to say whether anything is a crime or not." That feels like the safest disclaimer ahead of all this. He doesn't want to screw things up, or bring anyone left on the train in danger in the first place, after all. "But I do know that it isn't right to do so. To take people from their own worlds without asking. Away from the people they care about, away from situations they wanted to help out in. Who would think that's right?"
