MEMORY SHARE: 12 OF BEETROOT EVENT (May)

JEMA'GRETHY MEMORY SHARE

The caves of Jema'grethy will allow for a few different ways for memories to be interacted with. But for most, such as those entering in bonds, it will be seen like a vision in their head, putting them in the position and perspective of whose memory it is.

For people sharing bond memories, and also memories being shared while moving through the Memory Cave, this is the spot to place said memories! It's not necessary if you'd like to write it during the thread, but hopefully convenient for others. Just make a toplevel with your character's name in the header, and remember to include any content warnings thereafter for each memory, as applicable!

You wake up as you have every day at five o'clock in the morning with no need for an alarm, despite not actually needing to sleep.
Outside the sun is coming up as you go to your dresser and contemplate robes or a pair of slacks, before choosing another set of clothes entirely. Your hair is tied up into a guan because you will give up much, but not this and then it is a simple breakfast.

The lessons you will give today are all planned and in a neat pile at your table, where you left them last night. You muse over the fact you need to ask Xiao Li for use of the laptop for the projector later, looking for the small white USB with the matching presentations. Then you open your front door and are greeted by the same sight as the last hundred or so years; cloud recesses. Home. Changed here and there, with visible patching where things are new and some sections cordoned off entirely. The view of the forest is unmatched as you start your journey to your classroom.

Students wave as you pass, all of them so painfully young and blurry eyed at this time of the morning. You greet a few by name and then you unlock your classroom door.
The first lesson is always the hardest, students are asleep or unprepared for how seriously you still take this. You have to keep reminding yourself that they haven't lived anything like you have.

The second lesson you give them a treat and you crack out the sword. They passed their exams with flying colors, so you show them some real cultivation. A couple of sword routines, flying and finally you play your guqin until they have to leave for lunch.

You take your lunch in the cafeteria, still following rules from your childhood as you eat your salad and never say a word as other staff talk around you.

You have a break now until the last lecture of the day, so you go to the small pond you carved with your own hands and mark some papers. You sigh as several of your students manage to mix up their talismans and swap key dates.

The last lecture is on the history of cultivation in media, and the accuracy thereof. It's always an interesting lecture and nearly always sells out with every decade you deign to teach it. It gives you a chance to use your dry humor to it's best effect as you 'roast' some of the martial arts in the films that claim to be your life.

It is mid lecture that the sound of the train trickles in, as if in the distance and getting closer with every second. You leave your power point and awaken on the station in the click from one slide to the next.
