MEMORY SHARE: 12 OF BEETROOT EVENT (May)

JEMA'GRETHY MEMORY SHARE

The caves of Jema'grethy will allow for a few different ways for memories to be interacted with. But for most, such as those entering in bonds, it will be seen like a vision in their head, putting them in the position and perspective of whose memory it is.

For people sharing bond memories, and also memories being shared while moving through the Memory Cave, this is the spot to place said memories! It's not necessary if you'd like to write it during the thread, but hopefully convenient for others. Just make a toplevel with your character's name in the header, and remember to include any content warnings thereafter for each memory, as applicable!

48 HOURS - End Stone Ocean Spoilers

The end of Stone Ocean, as summarized here.

The memory will begin with Emporio escaping prison alongside Jolyne and Ermes- notably, Emporio spends much of the time during Donatello Versus' fight outside of the hospital it takes place in. He is also knocked unconscious when Versus singles him out, and he does not wake up until Versus has died.

Worth noting is that what occurs in the late battle against Pucci will be confusing- it is a vast amount of time condensed into a matter of minutes, at best an hour.

Emporio's canon point is when the universal reset begins to 'revert' (It's more accurate to say that it starts anew, and unguided), so the memory ends with everything fading from seeming existence rather than continuing into the 'alternate universe'.

HAPPY MEMORY

You are in a music room. Or perhaps some sort of recreation room instead. There are shelves with books. There is a coffee table with juice, and chocolate- though no one in the room is touching it. At the end of the room, the wall seems to disappear into nothingness- though there is the sense that there is a door there.

Everyone is smiling. Well, almost everyone.

(The man with pink hair isn't one to smile, and you don't Mind that he isn't, because somehow it feels that would be a bad thing. He keeps to himself beside the large piano in the room, and you ignore how he looks at your friends.)

A man in a large fuzzy hat stays seated inside the piano, watching.

(He sleeps there- so do you, when you actually have to sleep, but the man's naps don't overlap with that. You don't see anything strange about it. There are no beds here after all.)

Your friends are laughing- everyone is much larger than you, but that's fine. Everyone is after all. The person in overalls with green hair is showing off one of her toes- it's a little different from the others, and there's no nail.

You laugh- so does the woman wearing spiderweb printed clothes, and the woman with braids and green clothes. Everything feels safe.

Everything feels like nothing could ever go wrong.

SAD MEMORY - CW: 'BRAINDEATH'/IMPLIED EVENTUAL DEATH

[personal profile] seacub 2022-05-30 09:31 am (UTC)(link)
It happens inside a Cell.

(Like a ghost- this is a memory that isn't projected from Emporio's eyes, and perhaps that would make things that much worse. The boy hidden beneath the bed, impossibly hidden- as if the bed itself only half existed- is much, much younger than Emporio is now, and perhaps that view point would only mean more fear.)

The hidden boy watches, and fortunately cannot be seen. Watches as a woman with dark skin and thick brown curls slumps to the ground, a pair of disks slowly spinning out from her head.

They are grasped by a strange thing in white and black, who looks to the woman as if she insulted him directly.

(Maybe she did. No one will know now. The woman is alive, and yet there is the impression she isn't alive at all.)

"You had your warning," the being spits. "To reveal the boy, or lose yourself. It is for his own good."

(There is nothing believable about the being's tone.)

"Children...do not belong in prison."

(He cannot be heard by anyone but the boy, but Emporio stays hidden. Perhaps the being isn't even speaking to anyone but himself.)

The being looks over the disk. He looks, and then spits-

'How could something this useless be the key! I will have ORDER in this prison!'

The disks are taken.

The being disappears.

Emporio stares, and stares, and waits, and waits, until finally he feels it safe enough to reach for the woman on the ground.

She doesn't move.

(She doesn't move. She simply stops, stops even after being taken to the hospital area of the building, and even then she never moves again.)
